Ear­ly Child­hood Edu­cation and Fami­ly Stu­dies

Competences rather than disciplines

The bachelor's programme in Early Childhood Education and Family Studies at HSD focuses on two topics: institutional education and care for children aged 0–14 as well as family education. It prepares you to work effectively with children and their attachment figures contributing to the provision of high-quality out-of-school education and care. The programme provides a modern academic qualification supporting both the professionalisation and academisation of the sector.
