All applicants with degrees from China, India and Vietnam have to submit an original APS or digitally signed certificate as part of their application documents.
The academic test centre (Akademische Prüfstelle, APS) is a service centre that reviews and verifies certificates from China, India and Vietnam. The APS also checks whether or not an applicant fulfils the requirements to study in Germany and interviews them.
The APS procedure can take several months. Therefore, start the process as early as possible to ensure you have your APS certificate when applying to Hochschule Düsseldorf.
